If you change your mind and decide you no longer want your doty, or if in the unfortunate event that your doty is faulty, we’re happy to offer you your money back or a replacement.
Non-Faulty Goods
If you need to return your doty, we’ll happily offer a refund as long as this is within 28 days of delivery.
You’ll need to return your item unused and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

At doty we praise our commitment to our carbon footprint and reducing paper waste, therefore your email order number will serve as your proof of purchase and will need to be included in any correspondence.
We recommend you use a trackable service and getting proof of postage when returning the item.
Faulty Goods

We recommend you use a tracking delivery service and proof of postage when returning the item.
Please try to use the original packaging when sending your item back and ensure return is securely packaged.
Please note:
For all returns not found faulty, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs however, if you’re returning a Tyre Glider found to be faulty, we’ll refund the delivery postage paid once we’ve received the item and checked the fault.
Please note initial return costs made are at the customers’ own expense.
Please keep your proof of postage until we’ve confirmed your refund has been processed.
doty cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during return.

Any faulty or damaged doty products, will be refunded at the discretion of the Management Team
If fault is agreed, we will happily refund your payment onto the card you paid with or, if we are able to, offer an exchange
It’s at doty’s discretion whether to accept a return if you don’t have proof of purchase.
